Project Overview

The Lansdowne Drive project involved a comprehensive renovation focused on modernizing the home while creating more functional and spacious living areas. The project included a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation, new flooring, fireplace upgrades, interior painting, and necessary electrical and plumbing work.

Several areas of the existing layout were also redesigned to make better use of the available space. Two windows were widened and replaced to improve natural light, a new powder room was created near the entrance, and the furnace area was separated to create a dedicated laundry room. Hallway closets were modified to provide additional storage, while the upstairs fireplace was removed and the surrounding walls were reconfigured to increase usable living space.
