Project Overview

This project involved the complete renovation of the basement, main floor, and upper level of the home. The kitchen was fully redesigned, and the wall between the kitchen and living room was removed to create a more open and modern layout.

Because this was a load-bearing wall, structural engineering drawings and calculations were required. New structural supports were installed from the lower level to safely transfer the load and complete the modification according to the engineering requirements.

The project also included new flooring throughout the home, staircase upgrades, new glass railings, redesigned closets, a new walk-in closet, relocation and renovation of the powder room, replacement of interior doors and baseboards, and complete renovation of the bedrooms.

Extensive electrical work was completed, including rewiring, lighting upgrades, and new pot lights. Plumbing, drainage, and sink locations were also modified as part of the new layout. Interior and exterior painting, subfloor repairs, and finishing work were completed throughout the property.
