Project Overview

BC Bond Construction completed a comprehensive interior renovation at Woodcroft in North Vancouver. The project began with obtaining the required strata approval and coordinating the renovation in accordance with building requirements.

The work included floor levelling and new flooring installation throughout the unit, a complete bathroom renovation, and a full kitchen upgrade featuring new cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. Custom cabinets and storage solutions were also incorporated to improve functionality and maximize the available space.

To enhance the interior design and lighting, new ceiling bulkheads and boxing were constructed to accommodate pot lights, creating a cleaner and more modern finished appearance. The project was completed with careful attention to finishing details and consistency throughout the renovated spaces.
